Those who got free shares also get dividend without investing and without achieving sales milestones.
there is nothing smart in giving free shares without attaching sales milestones and shareholder to think it is good strategy is a classic example of blind trust on dumb management or dumb shareholder promoting mismanagement of corporate affairs in my opinion..
if management were smart they would have offered shares with sales targets attached to them and 1 year escrow after receiving shares. Then those shares create value for everyone.
Those who got free shares also get dividend without investing...
