All Shares issued will be escrowed until and including 31 October 2026 (Vesting Date) and may not be transferred until after the Vesting Date. Helloworld reserves the right, however, to determine a different Vesting Date for a Franchisee offered Shares under this Prospectus.Subject to certain conditions, if a Franchisee issued with Shares is no longer a member of the Helloworld network on or before the Vesting Date, the Shares issued to the Franchisee (and held in escrow) under this Prospectus will be forfeited.
