the only way they were going to survive was to raise funds quickly at a very attractive price. Full disclosure, I participated in th placement, and very happy to have gotten in at rock bottom IMO
frustrating for those who bought alot higher however I really feel like the company has turned the corner and is on the right path forward now ...
