Ann: Proposed issue of securities - HPC, page-2

Well at last we get some more update from HPC

1. Good to see another " new " director who is going to have some skin in the game

( nice to have the opportunity to load up at 1 cent a share on volume .... rather than the float price of a few years ago @ 20 cents or what ever )

2. HPC effectively pissed away 20...30 odd million trying to build businesses in too many markets

3. Existing shareholders are left now with what looks like a cleaner opportunity ....focussing JUST on the USA market.

4. I'm guessing the March quarterly will still be showing big losses due to some of residual stuff flowing thru from the divestment announced last November.

5. The new director obviously thinks there is a chance @ the current pricing .


We live in hope.
