Agree with your sentiment on dilution (even if its tiny), but you need to be more precise on who is getting what....per announcement - "Being the Third Milestone Shares to be issued to Homestay Shareholders upon the Company generating cumulative revenue of $9,000,000 with 54 months of the re-admission date of the Company ..." this is going to the shareholders pre-GR and team's entry ... kinda like being penalised for doing a good job. ..... the good news is we are at the tail-end of this stuff.
