I do agree as well with the previous poster that KFM he is just a non-exec director there so more like the CEO did the work.

in HVY he is the chairman and actually did presentations, so that would mean he is the one running the company similar to Nelson Resources.

yes i read as well that nic had no experience at all, not only in mineral sands but go have a read about him he has no management experience whatsoever, I wonder how did the board even put him in the CEO role, though a good start for him to easily leap frog now to other companies.

Don't think he did a good job here too and was not professional by just leaving like that the day after the scoping study was announced.
It seems so obvious that he was planning on leaving for a long while, but just wanted his name on there or perhaps even some options which he would not have gotten if he left earlier?
