hang on a minute...what do you mean by him being ushered out?!! Are you implying that Adam or board ousted the previous CEO??????? This would make sense as I was wondering why did the last CEO "resign" and theres no forward planning on a new replacement, and no CEO at helm up to now. At the same time it would seem coincidental that Adam resigned from NES, and should be running the show at HVY as he is the chair. If thats the case, looks like we have NES all over again, and the recently destruction in share price must be because sophisticated / insto investors know about this...thanks for clarifying dumaguete. Makes alot more sense now. i think I will write off this dog stock as it might just end up beocming a shell like the last cap raise for NES...sigh..IMO DYOR
