Agree with you on that, I am in some stocks where, the management have put the options at over 200% of where the last closing was and when the price went down and those options expired, they just extended at the SAME price! so when trading at 3.5c they put a target of 10c, the price reach close to that and actually dropped, then it expired when price came down to around 3c, but they just extended at the same 10c

Now that is good management looking after shareholders, even their salaries are low, more cash spent on the ground and to grow projects.

We really need a new board, as someone on here pointed out as well our Chairman has been involved in a number of companies that didn't do too well.

Some companies are aparently offered cheap capital with low interest but the management always took more expensive and dilutionary routes, I wonder why?
