Ann: Proposed issue of Securities - ICG, page-164

If you believe that the SP will run over the next 4 months (as I do ), the ICGOBs are an excellent opportunity imo, to either make some quick profits or purchase ICG shares at a cheap entry price. Entry price is 0.09 plus cost of option and expiry date is 30/07/21. The BODs are eager to progress exploration of the NT tenements plus have the drill ready in Riqueza as soon as the permits are received. I was fortunate to increase my numbers earlier this week before the news of the $2.8m placement. It is an exciting time.
