    The CR in 2020 offered two options each at 1 for 3 new shares. The CR price was 0.055. This placement offers 3 options each at 1 for 3 new shares. The CR price is 0.10. I am comfortable with the terms of the placement. I am of the view that the lead broker's compensation of 6% is more than adequate without the options.
