No one likes surprise placements but having been more than a few laps around the track, when something big starts to happen (and the NDI data is a big shift to me) then capital starts knocking. So I tend to view notices like this as a heads up to the little guys who have been carrying the can that something has finally shifted to their advantage. Well done all you long term holders.
