mate I think you’ll find people are happy to help but if you come in with an air of entitlement no one will help you, which is what you are finding. No one owes you anything. They’re not here to make you money. Be polite and gracious. You also don’t need to say anything if you don’t have anything nice to say - you’re being quite rude.

these shares are for fees for the past capital raise / SPP. They are in lieu of fees, which is common. it’s likely they will flip them for cash, but with today’s big volume most of them will have rinsed by now.

the SPP goes to existing shareholders but you’ve missed out on this one. They are generally allocated pro rata based on your existing holding. Capital raises that are not SPP generally go to ‘sophisticated’ investors which you need to qualify for based on income/assets and then have a relationship with a broker who is allocated shares in the raise.
