Looking at the way the stock has traded the past 3 days - monday to today, im surprised the convertible note holder (Obsidian GP) hasnt already converted more stock and sold into the liquidity/volume that is available... I dont see any announcements to that effect.
Perhaps this is the company's efforts to ensure the convertible note holder remains a long time believer in the company by participating in equity?
Im not sure but its my best guess.. Anyone have any ideas?
