    The reality is, they have issued 41.76 Million shares for cash and services valued at $!.06 million. At an average of over 2.5 cents per share.

    You could see there was going to be a cash part to the raising, I posted not long ago that they would be raising at 1.4 cents and got laughed at.

    I prefer to focus on why someone heavily involved in the company is taking payments at 3.5 cents per share.

    Tells me more contracts are coming.
