Then Sud's CMO Options. IHL must trade at 20c+ for 5 days minimum. Are we there yet? No. Bet no one would be complaining if the SP was 20c.

In total, the vast majority of what is being issued to IHL BOD here is restricted and subject to certain performance milestones.
Those being, 60M MC, 125M MC, 150M MC, 200M MC and 20c+ SP for 5 days.

At the moment, IHL trading at 4.8c with a MC of 35M.
