Canplan - assume you voted against the resolutions at today's EGM? If you did, then the rest of the shareholders that voted disagreed with you and sorry about majority rule prevailing - maybe this democracy thing isn't the game for you?
If you didn't vote against them then wtf? the ASX notice just confirms exactly what te eshareholders approved - move on, nothing to see here.
