Ann: Proposed issue of Securities - IHL, page-18

Hi guys, not sure why we are worried about how Dr Sud will convert. It’s Feb, they are due in Sept. He wouldn’t of taken a package like he has without a means by which to settle, he is far too clever to “hit and hope”.
My day job is finance and I can tell you a guy like him, will have no issues securing finance or other investors to back him.
Lots to look fwd to here as we all know. Be willing to deal with the crap days, because I am very confident that they will be far out numbered by good days.
