everyone is freaking out as if this wasn't all agreed to and accepted right as Covid kicked off. this was signed off long before they had $20 mill in the bank, and frankly I'd still rather this than spending that $20 mill lining the BOD pockets. spend it on research and development, accelerating their existing programs, etc - which in fairness, they are? travelan FDA approval is back on the table, and was one of the first items of business after they achieved the strong placement and $20 mill in the bank.

but as I've said many times before - we've been here before haven't we? it is both a credit and detriment to management that this is very cyclical. it is very predictable to those patient enough. perhaps frustrating for those more 'traditional' investors who just want to/expect to see constant SP inflation and ROI. but this is how IMC do so... learn and adjust, or bail.
