Maxswell - a good point you make about you hope LC isn't just exercising the options so she can sell the shares and pocket the difference between the exercise price of the options and the sale price of the heads. However, if this were the case, isn't it more likely that she would have sold the shares immediately so as to eliminate any risk of the market in the heads moving against her? I'm tending to believe it's a positive signal ...
