And don't forget this Option was either granted for free, or attached to low CR a while ago.
I am sure their risk exposure (of failed trail) is now substantially lower than yours, assuming you are a shareholder.
The other consideration: company got 4 cents for every 1 new share issued to these option holders, financially that's a deeply discounted 4 cents CR.
Not sure what shareholders are cheering for, unless you are one of them.
