Options issued and strike price generally reflect an optimistic goal to make their issue attractive for investment. Conversion generally means the company is on track or ahead of those projected milestones.
Concern is warranted if the options are issued at too low a strike price, or during CRs where retail cannot participate - not when options are being converted early because the company has exceeded all expectations and the price is now multiples of the forecast.
