IMU are planning for Ph2 clinical trial for VAXINIA and OASIS in 2025, likely they will start mid to end of 2025 but there will be Ph1 clinical trial updates showing more efficacy before then so BP will show interest which is why they usually do T/O of IP in Ph2 after demonstrating efficacy and this also will coincide with registrational clinical trial for Azer-Cel. I'm starting to think the big holders will vote YES to 50c instead of $1 given what has happen to the pps in the last 12 months.
