Ok, I was expecting either a Hopper-Style or a RAD-style. We got neither nor, something totally new for IMU at either 3.8c or at a premium. Plus, no threat for the OEs to be made worthless by issuing a new class of listed OFs for 4c or so.
That way, an improvement compared to CHM but still less attractive than the RAD one as holders would have appreciated a big pharma as a corner stone investor to validate the IPs.
The question remains, is the IP worth what management has been said and the market / pharma don't get it ( not yet ) or are CVI idiots?
Leslie's abstaining should have been explained, either not really happy or in some way involved with CVI / CH and forced to stay aside.
Market and me as well not sure how to react. Looks like no deal soon which means sell but the Ts & Cs actually mean buy now as for a few months the raising uncertainty has been removed.
I think Godiva suggested that at the upcoming SF-conference before the EGM something new could be revealed. Maybe, maybe not. But so far none of the previous January conferences helped the sp.
Time will tell.
