Yeah, it sounds pretty generous with 140 Mil on offer - I guess it all depends on what the conditions?? need to be met by management and staff to get those free shares and how generous the time frame is.
Typical of most ASX Companies IMO, in that they feather their own nest before looking after their long-suffering shareholders!
Better to offer them a staff discount to buy their own shares on the market like the rest of us and it would give us a lot more confidence in our own investment!
Can't say I will be voting in favour of the resolution with my few Mil until I see a big turnaround in the fortunes of IPT and even then it would need to meet strict criteria!
Trust that all shareholders will hold management to account at the upcoming AGM
