The parties entered this agreement following Stardust Power joining the IRIS Metals shareholder
register as an investor in its AUD $8 million placement recently completed at $0.25 per share.
Stardust Power has agreed to subscribe for $2.5 million of the total placement, with an option to
subscribe for a further $2.5 million on completion of the exclusivity period, subject to requisite
Board and shareholder approval.
