Gee it was less than 5 months ago that the shortfall from the cap raising at 6 cents per share was issued.
Now an attempt to raise more money at a perceived share value of 3.4 cents per share.
They are targeting sophisticated investors --- apparently.
A view of their chart and I can't see how that is going to work.
