KLUCK, people running the show and the inventor are Chinese / Chinese - Australian who want to develop Photosoft outside of China. IVX is just a shell company to do so. Plus, having a save haven to park some $$$ I guess. Tax rebates are very attractive here too.
Lots of similarities to IMU 2016, could become huge too when human trials replicate pre-clinicals. And, an unlimited field of applications, not just for cancer.
But, still early days. Patience required.
