I was part of the CR and I haven’t sold. It’s really disappointing but that’s the game in spec land. Have a look at the Twitter pumpers out there. Their game is to participate and then flip immediately with free carried options.
I think the CR was a tough ask, hence the reduction from $15m to $12m for the placement. Too little known about IVX and too many clouds around Cho and the commercial model, plus the China link. One of my fellow biotech investors wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole.
But like you Steini, I believe there’s something to the science and I’m willing to wait
