These are integral to get this company moving forward. THe best CEO's are suitably incetivised and I would think this is a pretty small dilution (there are 1.2 billion shares on issue) so I see as a tiny price to pay to get Jamieson delivering for us. His CV does look good and this compnay does need someone who can get out there and market our puppy to adulthood.
