Interesting update. A lot of shares issued yes (~80 million), but of note an acknowledgement for holders below;At the end of the day, there is minimal liquidity so these can't be dumped into holders (largest day of trade approx. 1 million shares in last 6 months).
If management want any value out of this offering, they will look to drive the share price to levels that align with liquidity and value.
