My broker who deals in the oil & gas space, is led to believe that the noteholders are happy to keep holding until we see reasonably better prices above their 3c entry. Only the 1st tranche of their shares have been released I believe.
Also some rumours around large players making a play for the assets here/oil wells now that full utilisation has been achieved. Also all the hard work done with regulatory BS, etc...
