Do I have this correct?
1) KCN will allow up to 6,666,666 shares to be purchased (by all shareholders) under the Share Purchase Plan
2) KCN has already placed 30,698,067 shares to institutional/sophisticated shareholders.
3) All purchases/places shares are at $1.50
Therefore, KCN has already secured $46.0 m and could secure a further $10.0 m if the SPP is fully subscribed?
My final questions is, for those that have this information handy, what is the current debt level for KCN?
