It's been a long and frustrating wait, and management has yet to prove itself. That said, with the right financial advisor in place, there are still viable options to get this project moving, whether through a JV, equity sale, or even a full sale of the project. The fundamentals remain strong, and securing proper funding is key. Hopefully, management finally steps up and delivers, but I completely understand why long-term holders are feeling disillusioned.
