Original KKO shareholders still own the same share of the project, in fact are a little better off due to the $6.5mln discounted from the agreed acquisition price.
KKO only owned 50% of the project and now own 100% - there's no dilution, just full control of the project and autonomy to act in the interest of KKO shareholders.
Owning 100% of a $1 is the same as owning 50% of $2!
