Looks like KWR doing their utmost to reduce existing shareholder dilution with a modest minimum SPP raising and a nice juicy little sweetener 2:1 option!

Given the small raising it appears they seem confident they are going to find something decent in the short term ($1.5m) and can raise more funds at much higher levels.

I’ve not usually seen this before where the board seems to be putting shareholders first before S708’s
