Yes that’s not fair 1S they should have to make the offer in both countries if they have a dual listed company.

You have held for years and been a staunch supporter - and there is many others plus the US holding is nearly 30% surely this level of support should be recognised.

I hope the company monitors these boards - as being offered the SPP after years of support is the least that can be done - it’s a matter of decency in real terms.

We all know the SPP offer to holders is a placation to us and the real focus is the initial 7 mill... but it’s still a good offer and I’d rather buy the SPP and see the money go into the company for real works rather than buy on market...

I hope this approach changes and they reconsider this round it seems short sighted to me.... and a shame when so many good decisions have been made to get us here.
