Issuing this amount within weeks of the dipg data stinks very badly. Do they know something so had to raise prior to indifferent data? Or someone has been given a great deal prior to dipg data, at long term holders expense! Either way the next agm should see a 2nd strike against them.
I would assume a cap raise so close to an announcement, regardless of it being good or bad, will trigger a nasdaq/asic investigation?
