Based on this the ATM was used on 07/07 and the fullly authorised amount has now been issued.
This should have brought about USD 3m into the coffers extending cash runway into 2024.
If I get my numbers right issued shares increased by about 10% - the SP drop seen at Nasdaq is overdone.
