The cleansing statement says “as part of Financial services”. In my opinion, issue of 1,500,000 options possibly could relate to establishing possible partner/s for LKE construction finance. Steve has hinted in a few interviews that they have been talking to a few organisations in Europe about debt financing of between $400m to $440m. Fingers crossed.
