On the face of it, this ASX Appendix 3B is misleading.
Securities were issued for “Services Rendered”, not “cash” as claimed.
I’ll wait for the ASX Appendix 2A (disclosure document), to be released, prior to making enquires with the ASX & ASIC.
Just my opinion of course, and I’m usually wrong.
