Yes, it's a bit worrying when they decide to pay a $27,500 bill by issuing shares. Surely they are not that cash strapped after the capital raise? Accoring to the 30th June quarterly they had about $0.5 cash and another $6M coming in from the public offer mostly covered by Ord Minnett.
