Ken, I think the plant has been ready since last year. What is more important are the 6 conditions they outlined when they announced an end of May "re-start"
subject to securing labour
Restocking reagents
Finalising the ash stockpile
Reinstating the management team
EPA approvals
labour rates that LMG is able to negotiate with the unions and contractors
I have not seen any info updating whether any of these have been achieved apart that the EPA matter was in progress. That's not to say they have not been achieved but I would expect such critical matters would be worthy of an announcement or media release.
