Awhile back a CR raising, was bought by a single sophistigated investor at a discount and with future bonus perovisions.
This raise was obtained with no discounts or conditions when the total shares on offer are around 5.5 billion.
Some posters here are in disbelief to suddenly find such a large float, and yet others are keen to buy large amounts at current full trading price.
Getting back to Silver Lake.
They could make an offer, but at what price. Are they the buyer? Will we know?
They could be accumulating, and would not have to declare until they become a substancial holder.
There's a lot of cheap shares to have as many are willing to sell cheaply.
