some of you owe me a HUGE apology! I got berated for calling this earlier. I said they were going to need a CR very soon and that getting money elsewhere was going to be next to impossible. The response was very ugly. It was so obvious - think about it. Its been almost a year since they raised money and they needed to fund so many things and the climate meant they had no choice but to go to shareholders.the silent ones knew it and sold out. They are in danger of not surviving this unless there is a TO which is very possible.
