I might be completely wrong here, but regarding the statement from management about not doing a CR below 2.9c - 2c, to me it read that they wouldn't do a CR at these prices to fund the development of P1.
From the Edison report.
"Outside this scenario, management has indicated that it would be unlikely to commit to the equity dilution involved in developing the project at prices much below this and, realistically, not below a price of 2c per share."
This CR is slated for other use than the funding of P1.
Just my thought, probably completely wrong...
