Gulf Flour changed thier expansion plans and that has had a knockon affect to LPDs plans...Lpd cannot be confident that GF are going to be able to supply the acid needed into the future plus the deal did not include any heat and power......we have to build our own acid plant now and if we are doing that we might as well attach a CHP plant to it run the whole things services....it says it in the announcement...this all brings a cost and im guessing that is why we need to do a credit raise.....Im thinking someone wants us to shore up our critical services....and reduce our reliance on third parties....
