First the announcement is NOT price sensitive if you read, second everyone is aware of the JARE agreement and nothing is being hidden, third the dilution that a less than 0.02% dilution causes is not worth you firing up your propaganda machine but I am sure you will anyway because you can’t help yourself can you.
