So please copy what you think it says about SPO into a reply and explain price drop to clarify your position.
Every body here is the release can anybody show where it says they are planning an SPO. Yes a lot of restrictions are removed how does lifting a restriction indicate it is going to happen? In fact several years ago Lynas raised 400M $ with a SPO with the original document in place. Just like the last SPO they could have done this one without the Change.
