This is what I meant when I said that the laws and other regulations had been designed in such a way as to leave lots of 'wiggle' room for corporations to conduct their business and dodgy aspects of it. Retail is always at the bottom whichever way you look at it - we always end up right at the bottom when a company goes bust and is under administration, banks and other creditiors get their money or part of it first.
There is one thing, though, that people should do before jumping into any stock - a proper homework / due diligence (DD).
I mean, would anybody buy this stock today having first gone through this company's history for the last 2-3 years?
