Project acquisitions. Bahahaha! They're going to end up with a JV partner at about 20% of the target price they wanted. Any thoughts of purchasing a nearby mill are completely shot.
They'll need funds to prove up more of butchers before production becomes an economical option. This cap raise looks like it's just keeping the lights on until a JV partner gets a discounted slice to prop MEI up.
I see a two year recovery for where the share price is currently. Bottom drawer now.
